Lavender Sea Salt Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp dried lavender

  • Lavender Sea Salt for garnish

  • Lavender frosting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F.

  2. Cream Butter & Sugar: In a bowl, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

  3. Incorporate Eggs: Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir in milk, then gradually fold in flour, baking powder, and dried lavender.

  5. Bake: Fill cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Frost & Garnish: Allow cupcakes to cool completely, then frost with lavender frosting and sprinkle with Lavender Sea Salt for a refined finish.
