Smoked Salted Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Smoked Sea Salt, for seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and a generous pinch of Smoked Sea Salt. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Add BBQ Sauce: Toss the baked meatballs in warm BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve: Transfer to a platter, garnish with fresh herbs, and sprinkle with an additional pinch of Smoked Sea Salt.
