Sauteed Garlic Peas. With either fresh or frozen peas, add to a pan with a pat of butter and saute on low for a few minutes, until the peas are a bright green color and tender to the touch. Add a bit more butter, and a bit of garlic. Don’t add Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt until you’re ready to serve - this will dehydrate the peas, especially if they’re frozen.
Garlic Roasted Potatoes. After you’ve cut your potatoes into 1” cubes, toss them in oil and sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt before roasting them at 350F for 45 minutes.
