5 Easy Ways to Use Caravel Gourmet's Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt in Recipes

TWO CULINARY GREATS IN ONE JAR!

Saffron Fleur de Sel Brown or White Rice.   Adding flavored sea salt to your rice when you add the rice and the water brings out amazing flavors.   It’s simple - when you measure out your water and your rice, and start bringing the water to a boil, just add a teaspoon or two of Caravel Gourmet's   Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt to the water and stir.   That’s it - your rice will be better than you can imagine.

Oven Roasted Saffron Fleur de Sel Broccoli.   Delicious when it’s roasted, broccoli is very easy to crisp up in your oven.   Just cut into florets, toss with olive oil and Caravel Gourmet's Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt, and lay evenly onto a baking sheet.   Roast at 450F for 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy.

Saffron Fleur de Sel Chicken.   You can salt a chicken two ways, depending on how much time you have.   If you’re going to cook in the next hour or two (up to 6 hours), make a brine - add ¼ cup Caravel Gourmet's  Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt for every 1 cup hot water (dissolve the salt) and 1 cup ice water.   Take the pieces of chicken you’re going to cook, and add them to the brine.   If you’re going to cook 6 hours or more away, then coat the pieces in a healthy sprinkle of Caravel Gourmet's   Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt, wrap them back up, and put them in the fridge.

Crispy Saffron Fleur de Sel Cinnamon Carrots.   When roasting carrots in your oven, blend a teaspoon of Caravel Gourmet's   Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt with a teaspoon of cinnamon and toss to coat the carrots before roasting them in the oven for 40 minutes at 450F.

Grilled Saffron Fleur de Sel Shrimp.   Preheat your grill to medium heat, then mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of paprika, and a tablespoon of Caravel Gourmet's   Saffron Fleur de Sel Sea Salt.   Toss the shelled shrimp in that mixture, then grill each side of the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, until opaque.
